Return and Cancellation Policies

Select Collection:

Cancellations for furniture orders from the Select Collection are subject to a full refund if the pieces have not yet shipped. Once the piece(s) has shipped, any cancellations will require a 15% re-stocking fee. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Once the piece(s) has been delivered, please refer to our Warranty section.

Bespoke Collection and Commercial Work:

Furniture orders are put on our calendar immediately upon receipt of deposit and specific material orders are placed right away. Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 business days of purchase. Your 50% deposit will be forfeited on any furniture orders cancelled after the 2 business days.
Final payment is due upon receipt of your piece(s). Due to the unique nature of custom pieces, all sales are final.


At Carved Woodworks, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your new furniture. Upon receiving your new piece, if you are dissatisfied with the quality, we will work with you to fix the issue; please keep in mind that many characteristics of natural wood are subject to personal taste. Should our furniture malfunction due to craftsmanship or failure of wood materials, we will either replace or repair it. Keep in mind that repairs or refunds are at the sole discretion of Carved Woodworks.
